Our Privacy Policy is to compliant with the privacy requirements required by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), as adopted by the E.U. on May 25, 2018. The following definitions are used within this Agreement and are referenced in Article 4 of the G.D.P.R.

Processing: Any operation performed on personal data such as collecting, recording, organising, transmitting; erasing; or destroying any data.
Profiling: Evaluating and analysing data in order to predict factors concerning that natural person’s performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location, or movements.
Filing System: Structured set(s) of personal data which are accessible according to specific criteria, and may be centralised, decentralised, or dispersed on a functional or geographical basis.

Information voluntarily supplied by the Client or their authorised representative;
Any other information necessary for our Company to perform its services for you.
III. Shared Information
Our Company will never sell your personal information with recipients, although it may be shared from time to time and only when necessary to provide Elder Care Services or to perform a legitimate business function. Information is shared with authorised employees and agents as well as business partners on a need to know basis.

Our Company collects personal information from Clients or their authorised representative(s) to provide professional services. We promise that our handling and processing of your personal and private information complies with U.K. laws as well as the G.D.P.R. You understand and acknowledge that our Company may use a Client’s personal information to perform the following:
To conduct billing activities and ensure timely payment of services to, its vendors, and its business partners;
To provide In-Home Senior Care Services for Clients;
Conduct or provide business services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions;
Allow employees or representatives to provide Senior Care Services in accordance with our Terms and Conditions;
Any other legitimate business functions or activities or as required by law.
V. Retention of Personal Information
Our Company will store and/or delete a Client’s personal data in compliance with the G.D.P.R. Your personal data is kept and stored on private servers located in the U.K. Our servers are protected by login security, software, and restricted access. Only authorised employees have access to this information.
VI. Your Rights
Clients have the right to access, correct, object to, or erase data maintained by our Company. Clients may request a change to their personal data by contacting us through email, or written correspondence, or by telephone. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached as provided. below:

VII. Limited Liability
Clients and Customers or their authorised representative(s) acknowledge and agree to hold our Company’s: owners, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any errors or omissions contained in our: website(s); social media sites; files; messages; emails; electronic messages; or any communication(s) where information was shared by a User, Customer, or Client and that information was incorrect; in error; or otherwise modified without our knowledge, consent, or under our control.
VIII. Data Updates and Inquiries
Clients may send us a request to discover or alter any personal data that we may have on file. All requests must be in writing and be accompanied by proper identification verify the identity of the requester. Written inquiries, updates, and personal information modifications must be sent to our Data Protection Officer or via post as provided herein.
IX. Data Retention
Our Company stores and retains all Customer data up until the time the Client closes or cancels their account. After the Client closes their account, it may take up to sixty days for data to be deleted from our servers. A limited amount of data is retained and stored after deletion for up to _____ years to identity the Customer and insure that their records were properly deleted from our system.
X. Governing Law
Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Carer Privacy Policy, and agreements are governed by the laws of Great Britain and Wales, or the principles of conflict of laws or choice of law provisions. In the event of a dispute regarding the terms, conditions, or interpretation of this Privacy Policy, the Parties agree to settle the dispute in a business-like manner. In the alternative, the parties agree to use a Professional Mediator located in United Kingdom, with the parties sharing the cost and choice of a professional Mediator. All proceedings shall be confidential and conducted via the G.D.P.R. section 420/2004. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement of legal costs and fees.
