Thank you for visiting our website: Live In Care Angels, (Hereafter: “Company”). Our Company provides essential Live in Care professionals allowing individuals to maintain independence while enjoying control over their life.
Our Caregiver Services includes and is not limited to: Early Stage and Advanced Dementia Care; Home Help, Companionship; and Live in Care. This document is our official Terms of Use (i.e. “T.O.U. or Terms of Use”) for our website and social media sites, and is considered a legally binding Agreement (i.e. “Agreement”). Please review and read these Terms of Use prior to accessing the website or using our services. If you disagree with these terms or are under the age of 18, please do not use or access our website.

I. DEFINITIONS
Under the terms of this Agreement, Live In Care Angels, is synonymous with “Company”, as well as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”. “Customer” shall have the same meaning as “User”, “Client”, “You” or “Your” or your authorised representative. The term “Parties” shall mean the Company and the Client when used collectively.

II. USAGE
Clients and Users may access or use our website to review content; read details about our services; or ask questions. Users and Clients understand and agree not to use data mining; robots; manipulate our website; or mis-represent any person, member, company, or other third party for a product or service unless you have the person’s permission. Nor may you use our website for an improper purpose. You agree not to impede or interfere with the security of our website, services, or resources.

III. FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Our Company collects certain financial information in order to provide professional Live In Care Services to our Clients. This information is securely stored and is accessed only by authorised employees or agents. IV. FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES

Our pricing schedule is available upon request. Fees and charges are billed directly to the Client. You are billed only for services requested and the method you authorise on your account. If a credit or debit card is provided, then you or your authorised representative authorise us to use the credit or debit card to pay our Company for services rendered. It is imperative that payment information is kept up-to-date at all times to prevent any delays for Live In Care Services.

V. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Clients, Users, or their authorised representative can contact our Customer Support Department on a first come-first served basis. Clients are encouraged to send our Customer Service Department an email containing: their username and account number; date; and a description of their challenge or problem or can email our Customer Support Representative at: info@liveincareangels.uk. Our Hours of Operation are: 9:30 – 6pm.
VI. CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Company may choose to cancel your account and services rendered at any time for: non-payment or defaulted payment; unprofessional or unacceptable behaviour on the part of a Client or authorised representative; for violations of our policies or agreements; or for any other legal cause. The Client will receive prior seven (7) day Notice of Cancellation of their Account.
If the Client desires to cancel their account, either they or their authorised representative must submit twenty-eight (28) day written notice via email to cancel their account.

VII. LICENSE AND CONTENT
Information provided on our website (or social media site) is for educational, informational, and personal use only. Any content accessed, viewed, or displayed on our website is presented “as is”, and the User or Client agrees to use the website at their own risk.

“Content” includes and is not limited to: text; blogs; articles; audio; video; pictures; graphics; files; interactive features; programming; or any other recorded digital media. You understand and agree that our Company is granting you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable and non-transferable license to use, copy, and reproduce content from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use. Our Company retains all rights, title and interest to in its’ own property including but not limited to website content.

VIII. FORCE MAJEURE
You understand and agree that our Company shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform to the extent that a delay to perform is caused by a Force Majeure event beyond our control. “Force Majeure” is defined as: vandalism, fire, flood, strike, labor unrest, riot, act of civil or military authority, accident, acts or omissions of carriers, or Act of God, or other unforeseen event beyond the Company or parties’ control. Upon our discovery of a fore majeure event, it will be posted on our website or sent via email to our Clients. Any changes in our service, or resumption in our service will be posted on our website.

IX. DISPUTES
Both the Company and the Client agree that disputes shall be resolved in a professional and business-like manner at all times. If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute, then they agree to use a professional Mediator located in Manchester, U.K. with the parties agreeing to share the choice and cost of the Mediator. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement of any costs and fees including but not limited to attorney/solicitor fees.

X. WARRANTY/GUARANTEE

Our Company; its’ owners; directors; staff; and/or employees; make no representations or guarantees regarding any content listed on or within our Company website or social media sites. Users, Customers, and Clients agree to hold our Company; its’ owners; directors; employees; and agents; harmless from any claims for loss, financial loss, damage, or injury, from their use and/or access of our website or social media sites, including but not limited to: content; text; photographs; video; or other recorded (digital) media. The User or customer warrants and accepts that they are accessing and using our Company website or social media sites at their own risk.

XI. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws Great Britain and Wales, excluding conflict of laws provisions.
